Communion Bread/Wine
posted by admin on 11/11/04

The Bread - Our Communion bread is usually baked by one of our own members. We use common homemade bread, and real Hebrew matzah whenever we can. There is significant symbolism in the making and breaking of the bread, and we consider it a real treat when we have bread just like our Lord used during his last Passover celebration.

The Wine - in many of our services, we use wine produced here on the farm.  When we do not use wine from McMullen Farm, we use Kosher Jewish wine to remind us of our leader, "A Jewish Rabbi and Carpenter".

The Home Fellowship is a diverse group of believers in Jesus. We had our first assembly together almost three years ago, on February 4, 2007. We met eagerly when community residents voiced a desire to "get this thing going".
